Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia on Friday made it clear that no city school can raise the school fee during the lockdown period.
The country is currently under a nationwide lockdown till May 3 to stem off the spread of the highly contagious coronavirus disease.
“It has come to my notice that many schools are taking fees arbitrarily and charging transportation fees even when schools are closed. Private schools should not stoop to this level. Be it private or government schools, they cannot hike fees,” said the deputy CM.Manish Sisodia✔@msisodia
