Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced plans on Saturday to station tactical nuclear weapons in neighboring Belarus.
Putin stated the plan was in response to Britain’s choice this previous week to offer Ukraine with armor-piercing rounds containing depleted uranium. Russia falsely claimed these rounds have nuclear parts.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has lengthy requested for the weapons, Putin stated, talking in an interview on Russian state tv.
