Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Grated cheese, optional
Method:
- Take hung curd in a clean bowl. Add milk and whip lightly to get the ideal consistency that you like.
- Add garlic, salt and sugar. Mix well so that the ingredients blend together.
- Season with oregano and chilli flakes. Sprinkle some grated cheese if you like. Refrigerate overnight and use as a dip or spread with your choice of bread!
