BOSTON — 98.5 The Sports Hub introduced Tuesday that Rob “Hardy” Poole has been chosen to be Fred Toucher’s co-host on the station’s morning present, changing Rich Shertenlieb.
Toucher made the announcement on air on Tuesday, stating that Hardy was the one individual he most needed to be his co-host after studying that Shertenlieb may not signal a brand new contract. Shertenlieb left the show in early November.
Hardy will begin on the morning present on Jan. 4. He’s been the third voice on the noon present, “Zolak & Bertrand,” and he is labored on the station because it launched in 2009. He beforehand labored at rock station WBCN, earlier than the station format modified to sports activities discuss.
