Russia has claimed that Ukraine tried to assassinate Vladimir Putin and that it thwarted two drone strikes on Kremlin. A video circulating on Russian social media confirmed what seemed to be fireplace and a plume of smoke on one of many domes of the Kremlin. Vladimir Putin was not on the Kremlin when the assault allegedly passed off.
