New Jersey regulation agency Davis, Saperstein & Salomon has secured a $5.3 million private harm settlement in opposition to a subsidiary of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp.

Plaintiff Laura Venticinque slipped and fell in a typical space shared by her employer and nightclub-restaurant Lavo—now managed by Tao Hospitality Group, which is majority-owned by MSG Entertainment—in 2014.
