A Saudi Arabian funding agency is organising a $100 million fund to put money into the dominion’s movie business, one of many first such bets on the area’s fastest-growing film manufacturing markets.
The Saudi Film Fund, a partnership between MEFIC Capital and Roaa Media Ventures, will collaborate with main worldwide studios and “provide content that reflects Saudi culture and values,” based on an announcement Monday.
