Russian house company, Roscosmos, stated the spacecraft confronted an unspecified hassle whereas making an attempt to enter a pre-landing orbit. The scenario remains to be unclear and its specialists are analysing the scenario.
“Thrust was released to transfer the probe onto the pre-landing orbit. During the operation, an emergency situation occurred on board the automatic station, which did not allow the carrying out of the manoeuvre within the specified conditions,” Russia’s house company Roscosmos stated in a press release.
“The management team is currently analyzing the situation,” the house company added.
