The San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department is asking the public to weigh in on the state of COVID-19 testing in the county.

The health department has released a survey to help officials better understand and respond to the community’s testing needs.

The survey asks where you would be most likely to get tested and what considerations go into making that decision, among other questions.

Health officials say the survey should take just about two minutes to complete.
