Stock Market Today Live: Indian frontline indices S&P BSE Sensex and Nifty50 opened week amid combined international cues. While Sensex was buying and selling at 60,811.52, down by 115.91 factors or 0.19 per cent, the broader market Nifty50 was buying and selling a 18,086.75, down 45.55 factors or 0.25 per cent. Banking gauge Nifty Bank was buying and selling 49 factors 0r 0.12 per cent decrease at 42,809.90. In the 50-stock Nifty, 15 shares superior, 34 declined whereas 1 remained unchanged. The prime gainers have been Power Grid, Titan, Britannia Industries, Divi’s Laboratories and NTPC whereas prime losers have been TCS, ONGC, Tata Steel, Infosys and Bajaj Finserv.

Selling stress was seen in all Nifty sectoral indices, with shopper shares witnessing some shopping for. The weak point was on account IT, PSU financial institution and steel shares.

In the broader markets, buyers booked earnings in particular shares forward of the month-to-month expiry on Thursday.

Rupee rises 4 paise to 82.83 in opposition to US greenback in early commerce, PTI reported.   

Singapore-based SGX Nifty futures, an early indicator of motion in Nifty50 was buying and selling in crimson at 18,089.5, down 58.5 factors or 0.32 per cent whereas Dow Futures have been buying and selling at 33,271.60, up by 30 factors or 0.09 per cent. 

Asian benchmark indices have been buying and selling combine with Nikkei 225 buying and selling 200 factors or 0.78 per cent decrease at 26,241.50 whereas China’s Shanghai Composite was buying and selling at 3,095.57, up 30.01 factors or 0.98 per cent.

On Tuesday, US markets ended with losses. S&P 500 fell by 15.57 factors or 0.40 per cent to 3,829.25 whereas Nasdaq Composite was down 144 factors or 1.38 per cent at 10,353.20 on losses incurred by Tesla. Meanwhile, Dow 30 completed at 33,241.60, up 37.63 factors or 0.11 per cent.
