How To Make Cucumber and Coriander Juice:
Ingredients:
- 1 small to medium sized cucumber, sliced
- 5-7 grams of coriander leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
- Take a blender, and add cucumber, coriander leaves and blend. If the consistency is too thick you can add a teaspoon or two of water. Add citrusy punch of lemon juice and blend again.
- Strain and drink the juice.
- For best results, drink this juice once every two days. Since the idea is to load up on all things seasonal. You can add some mint leaves into the concoction too!
