The latest figures from the Ministry of Health show that 19 new cases of coronavirus were discovered yesterday, of which 15 were residents.
No new deaths have been recorded, as trends continue to reduce, though fewer tests were carried out over the weekend.
3,077 tests were conducted yesterday, 2,522 of which were on residents (485 non-resident).
Reminder: on weekends, the Ministry of Health only publishes data on tests, positive tests and deaths. The figures and graphs below are from Friday’s update.
Three (+/-) people remain in intensive care, with 35 (+/-) people in standard care.
459,485 people have been tested in Luxembourg since the outbreak, and we currently have 783 active infections remaining.
6,500 people have recovered from the virus.
The effective reproduction rate (Rt_eff) remains at 0.79, with the positivity rate at 0.63.
