Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) mouthpiece Al-Azaim Media has lashed out each Afghan Taliban and Pakistan Taliban. The 133-page ISKP-linked booklet accuses Pakistani Taliban of being an Indian proxy. The TTP is an ally of Afghan Taliban which is at battle with the Islamic State Khorasan Province.
