Tata Motors has been going all in with its popular SUVs. The brand keeps pushing out special variants for the Punch, Nexon, Harrier & Safari on a regular basis to maintain their freshness quotient and give more options for the customers to choose from. The last significant update was the introduction of Kaziranga Editions for all its SUVs. However today, the brand has once again brought in one more special edition for its SUVs, barring the Punch. Tata is calling it the ‘Jet Edition’. So, what new do you get in the Tata Jet Edition variants? Read on to know more.
Design changes
The Jet Edition brings with it some new design upgrades that enhance the overall premium quotient of the Safari, Harrier, Nexon & Nexon EV Max. The main highlights of the Tata Harrier Jet, Safari Jet, Nexon Jet editions & Nexon EV Max Jet editions is the new Starlight Dual Tone exterior colour, Techno Steel finish bronze dashboard, Jet black alloy wheels, front & rear silver skid plates, embroidered #JET mascot on headrest and dual-tone Oyster White & Granite black interior theme.
Tata Jet variant – Feature list
Tata is offering top-of-the-line features for its top-of-the-line variants. Tata Harrier Jet edition’s main highlights include A-type & C-type USB chargers, wireless charging, all-wheel disc brakes, advance ESP features (driver doze-off alert, after impact braking & panic braking alert) and electronic parking brake with Auto Hold. Tata Safari Jet edition’s main highlights are winged comfort head restraints, advance ESP features (driver doze-off alert, after impact braking & panic braking alert).
The Tata Nexon Jet edition also gets some new additions like like wireless charging, auto-dimming IRVM, air purifier, etc. The Nexon EV Max Jet edition already comes loaded with modern features and only comes with additional cosmetic changes.
Variants
As mentioned above, the Jet Edition now becomes the top-of-the-line variants for the Harrier, Safari and Nexon. Nexon gets the XZ+ (P) Jet variant & XZA+ (P) Jet variant with both petrol & diesel engine options. For the Harrier & Safari, Tata is offering the XZ+ Jet and XZA+ Jet variants.
Tata Jet variant – Pricing
The Tata Nexon XZ+ (P) Jet petrol variant is priced at Rs 12.13 lakh (ex-showroom), Nexon XZA+ (P) Jet petrol variant is priced at Rs 12.78 lakh (ex-showroom). Tata Nexon XZ+ (P) Jet diesel variant is priced at Rs 13.43 lakh (ex-showroom), Nexon XZA+ (P) Jet diesel variant is priced at Rs 14.08 lakh (ex-showroom). The Harrier XZ+ Jet variant comes in at Rs 20.90 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the Harrier XZA+ Jet variant comes in at Rs 22.20 lakh (ex-showroom). The six-seater Safari XZ+ Jet comes in at Rs 21.45 lakh (ex-showroom) and the six-seater Safari XZA+ Jet comes in at Rs 22.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The seven-seater Safari XZ+ Jet comes in at Rs 21.35 lakh (ex-showroom) and the six-seater Safari XZA+ Jet comes in at Rs 22.65 lakh (ex-showroom).
