Crafted Community Concepts, an organization created in partnership between restauranteur and brewery proprietor Nate Tomforde and developer Bryan Beal, is working to open Trade Street Social, an leisure venue in downtown Greer.

While Beal says the plans are very fluid, Crafted Community Concepts plans for the greater than 6,000-square-foot constructing at 315 Trade St. to function:

• Duck pin bowling
• Golfing
• Arcade video games
• Full bar

Trade Street Social is estimated to open in spring or summer time 2024 and will provide a cocktail menu in addition to some meals and wine choices, stated Beal.

In addition to planning this idea, Crafted Community Concepts can be working with Vicinity Capital of Greenville to crowdfund the challenge.

“In a nutshell, everything we are doing, we are trying to keep this [funding and project] hyper-local,” stated Beal. “We want to do that across the board where we go. We love what Vicinity does. They’re going to help us drive some local dollars and get some people who live locally in the Greer area excited about something they can ultimately invest in with us.”

Crafted Community Concepts has set a $750,000 purpose and can hold its crowdfunding page open via June 14.

Outside of Greer, the corporate will open The Pardo Cafe on June 15 on Mill Street in downtown Inman. The eatery will function a espresso menu, early night mild bites and appetizers, in addition to beer and wine.

Crafted Community Concepts can be engaged on The Mill at Fountain Inn, a challenge to remodel a former flour mill right into a brewery and eating venue. Work on The Mill at Fountain Inn began in March 2023 and the challenge is projected to be accomplished by the top of the yr.
