Speaking on the Second International Conference on Emerging Trends in Information Technology and Engineering (ic-ETITE’24), which was organised by VIT at its campus right here, Mr. Krishnan stated college students, particularly these in numerous campuses just like the VIT’s, have a chance not solely to accumulate technological abilities but additionally to study social values from their friends from different States and nations. Such social abilities coupled with technological adept stay a prerequisite in at present’s IT sector within the nation. “Due to the lack of such social values, IT professionals today do more harm to the sector by misusing technology than for social good,” he stated.
