Nov. 5—Residents can join Cobb County District 4 Commissioner Monique Sheffield and Cobb County Deputy Police Chief VanHoozer for a Technology & Safety Town Hall meeting on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cobb County Public Safety Training Center, 2435 East-West Connector in Austell.

Participants can learn how law enforcement uses technology to combat crime, technology and privacy concerns, which crimes are trending in the community, Cobb County Police Department policies and actions one can take to make the county safer. Refreshments will be served.
