- 1 cup fresh grated coconut
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Anardana
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves

- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tsp chopped Green Chilli
- 2 tsp chopped Ginger
- Curry leaves – a spring
- Sendha Namak – to taste
