Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK is to hold an virtual concert on Oct. 11.

The ONE OK ROCK 2020 “Field of Wonder” concert is to be livestreamed from Zozo Marine Stadium in Chiba, Japan, on the band’s dedicated website.

Concertgoers will also get a chance to rewatch the show on Oct. 12 and 13.

Tickets to the show are being sold under several categories, with the Online Live Ticket category the best option for those who live outside of Japan. This ticket category is on sale through Oct. 13, with prices starting from 5,000 yen (US$47.25), and includes access to watch the recording of the live concert on Oct. 12-13.

A sample video has been made available for interested fans to check the compatibility of their device, software and connection with the technical requirements of the livestreaming service.

Debuting in Tokyo in 2005, the band’s members are guitarist Toru Yamashita, who was recently diagnosed with COVID-19, vocalist Taka Moriuchi, bassist Ryota Kohama and drummer Tomoya Kanki. 

ONE OK ROCK was scheduled to perform in Indonesia as part of a world tour to promote its latest album, Eye of the Storm, but the tour was postponed because of the pandemic. (wir/kes)
