MACHESNEY PARK, Ill.–()–Experity, the leading provider of clinical and practice management software to the urgent care space, today announced Tim Dybvig as its senior vice president of patient engagement. This appointment follows Experity’s recent acquisition of Dybvig’s previous company, Calibrater Health.

In his new role, Dybvig will oversee Experity’s patient engagement offerings, providing strategic direction on innovation and vision, new product development, design, competitiveness, and in-market excellence. With extensive background in health technology and urgent care-specific solutions, Dybvig will revolutionize on-demand healthcare technology by challenging the current patient engagement operating model across the urgent care industry.

“Enabling our clients to provide the best possible experience to their patients is our top priority, and Tim’s wealth of industry knowledge will enhance those efforts,” said David Stern, chief executive officer at Experity. “His expertise in patient engagement will drive continuous, strategic enhancements to our solution that exceed the needs of today’s urgent care providers and deliver a truly seamless patient experience.”

In his last role, Dybvig served as the co-founder and CEO of leading feedback management vendor Calibrater Health. For six years, Dybvig had a hand in all aspects of the business, with success starting and scaling an innovative industry-specific technology company that serves reputation management solutions to thousands of US urgent care clinics. Tim’s experience blends harmoniously with Experity’s mission to drive patient-centered healthcare forward. Prior to Calibrater Health, Tim worked in product and operations for a range of technology companies including PayPerks, Adimab, and Accenture.

“Joining Experity comes at a time when the urgent care industry is experiencing significant change and demand,” said Dybvig. “It’s critical that clinics evolve strategically and swiftly in this environment, and patient engagement is a huge part of that. Together, we have the expertise and resources clinics need to truly transform the patient experience, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring further value to our clients.”
