A 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck the Hindukush area in Afghanistan which shook components of north India, together with the nationwide capital on Saturday night time.
The temblor hit the mountainous areas of Afghanistan at 9.31 pm and residents of the nationwide capital area felt the tremors quickly after.
“The quake hit twice at around 9.30 pm,” stated Preeti Shankar, who resides in a high-rise condominium in Noida on the jap fringes of the nationwide capital.
The epicentre of the earthquake was situated at 36.38 levels north on the latitude and 70.77 levels east on the longitude within the Hindukush area of Afghanistan, the National Centre for Seismology stated.
