White House physician Dr Sean Conley wouldn’t answer a number of questions about tests done on the President, but says he is confident that it’s safe for him to return to the White House four days after he was admitted with COVID-19.
Dr Conley said due to the treatment that has been given to the President – an antibody cocktail, antiviral medication and steroids, they’re “cautiously optimistic” that the President won’t go downhill in the second week of his infection.
He said that the President’s unique treatment meant he was in “uncharted territory”.
