Tupac Shakur thought-about signing with Bad Boy Records.

The late rapper – who died in 1996 on the age of 27 – initially wished to signal with the label based by Diddy, in keeping with his brother, however he in the end selected to work with Death Row Records.

“There was a period where we were all cool. Over time, things happened and ‘Pac started seeing things. Biggie was on Puffy’s label so with them two, it was Puffy calling the pictures. There had been some official issues there.”

Mopreme also revealed that Diddy personally called him to deny having any involvement with Tupac’s death.

He said: “Puffy referred to as me again within the day. He referred to as me and he was like, ‘I just want you to know [that] I ain’t had nothing to do together with your brother’s [death].”

Tupac was focused in a drive-by taking pictures in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996, earlier than passing away six days later.

Last month, Duave ‘Keefe D’ Davis was arrested and charged in connection to the taking pictures.

Police consider Davis’ late nephew, Orlando Anderson, was the shooter and that he allegedly obtained the gun used “for the purpose of seeking retribution against Tupac”.
