Orono, Maine — You’re invited to hitch the University of Maine athletic division in celebrating National Girls and Women in Sports Day, offered by Bangor Savings Bank, when the ladies’s basketball crew hosts NJIT on Saturday, Feb. 11.

Prior to the sport towards NJIT, the Black Bears will host an Interactive Sports Fair within the New Balance Field House at 11 a.m. Representatives from UMaine’s 17 varsity applications, together with extra UMaine Club Team representatives and native athletics points of interest, shall be readily available to supply youth the chance to take part in a number of drills from a wide range of completely different sports activities and aggressive occasions.
