Veteran journalist-author-columnist Shirish Kanekar handed away this afternoon because of coronary heart assault at a hospital, his shut good friend and journalist Arun Puranik mentioned.
Kanekar was 80.
”He was feeling unwell, he was discovering it tough to breathe so he was instantly taken to Hinduja hospital within the morning. He handed away at round 12.30pm on the hospital because of coronary heart assault,” Puranik informed PTI.
