One Reddit person suggested, “Best stay away from any cloud kitchens on Swiggy/Zomato. Quality and standards are not restaurant level. Especially Freshmenu.” To this, the individual replied, “Idk how true this is but based on my observation tier 2 towns actually have better quality of food in restaurants. I am in Bengaluru for college and in my town I haven’t heard about roach and stuff found in food, people getting sick from eating from a particular restaurant, etc except an odd case here and there. In Bengaluru, you literally need to avoid every other restaurant. Truffle, Leon, FreshMenu, etc, have had problems with all of them by now you name it, and based on what people on this sub say about these places, I am not alone.”
