1.Always add some salt and oil to the flour before kneading the dough.
2.Always use lukewarm water to knead the dough, instead of regular water.
3.Always let the dough rest for 15 minutes before actually rolling the rotis.
4.After resting it for 15 minutes, knead the dough for 1 more minute.
5.Always toast the roti on one medium flame.
