KURUKSHETRA: National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra and Shiksha Sanskirti Utthan Nyas (SSUN), New Delhi organized a one-day national webinar on the ‘Role of NITs: Challenges and Solutions’ in the implementation of National Education Policy 2020, with a purpose to discuss the role of NITs in the implementation of the NEP 2020.

Atul Bhai Kothari, national secretary, SSUN, New Delhi said, “NEP 2020 shapes one’s life, defines one’s character, morality, ideology and everything that is required to live one’s life apart from decorating career. The students will be given the opportunity to pursue their interests and passions along with culture since childhood.”

NIT Kurukshetra director Satish Kumar said India will regain its glory through this NEP 2020. He emphasized on working on the Vocal to Local and Self-reliant India mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He emphasized on skill development and said that NIT Kurukshetra will start a program to develop the skills of youth in various fields including automobile engineering.
