As it opposed bail for actor Jacqueline Fernandez at present, the Enforcement Directorate confronted robust questions in a Delhi courtroom. Why had the actor not been arrested thus far and why “pick and choose”, the probe company was requested.

“Why haven’t you arrested Jacqueline yet despite issuing an LOC? Other accused are in jail. Why adopt a pick-and-choose policy?” the courtroom requested the Enforcement Directorate.

The courtroom is more likely to announce its choice tomorrow on Jacqueline Fernandez’ bail request. She was granted interim bail earlier.
