2 tbsp hot water
100 ml soya milk
4-5 ice cubes

3. In a cup, add a few ice cubes. Pour soya milk over it.
4. Add the whipped coffee generously on top of the milk.
5. Now sprinkle some cocoa powder and voila you have got your homemade version of the healthy dalgona coffee ready.
Coconut sugar means low glycaemic indexWhile both regular sugar and coconut sugar have about the same amount of calories, coconut sugar does have more minerals to offer. Which means that you are not taking in the empty calories that regular sugar offers. Additionally, many studies suggest that coconut sugar has a low glycemic index, which means it takes your body longer to digest it and doesn’t lead to an immediate spike in blood sugar levels.
