BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. — Police have charged a 19-year-old man with killing two teenagers and wounding 4 others in an early Sunday taking pictures at a home social gathering on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Cameron Everest Brand of Pass Christian is charged with homicide and aggravated assault, jail data present. Bay St. Louis Police Chief Toby Schwartz mentioned in a information launch that police recognized Brand as the only shooter by witness and sufferer statements.

Bay St. Louis is about 15 miles (25 kilometers) west of Gulfport.
