3D printing is taking residence development to new heights. In Houston, an enormous printer is constructing what designers say is the primary 3D-printed two-story home within the U.S.

The three-bedroom house is a two-year collaboration between Hannah, Germany-based Peri 3D Construction and Cive, an engineering and development firm in Houston.
