The fifth version of biennial AUSINDEX maritime train between Indian Navy and Royal Australian Navy (RAN) has ended at Sydney.
INS Sahyadri and INS Kolkata participated within the train together with HMAS Choules and HMAS Brisbane from RAN. Besides ships and their integral helicopters, the train additionally witnessed participation of fighter plane and maritime patrol plane.
Held over 4 days (August 21-25), AUSINDEX included a sequence of advanced workout routines in all three domains of maritime operations.
