Hyderabad: Six youth, five of them from Bidar in Karnataka, were arrested for stealing sport bikes on Saturday. Hyderabad police also seized 17 bikes from their possession. The gang members were identified as Fahad Khan (20) from Barkas, Chandrayangutta, Shaik Moinuddin (22), Mohd Azam (19), Shaik Amer (21), Mohd Aazam (19) and Mohammed Shakeeb Ahmed (20), all from Bidar.
According to police, the gang targeted only sports bikes “The bikes stolen in Hyderabad were taken to Bidar or vice versa to sell them to customers,” a cop said. Police seized 15 bikes, all worth Rs 25 lakh, from their possession. TNN
