Quantity: 500 ml

Ingredients:
• 200 grams plain oats
• 2 tablespoon flax seeds (roasted)
• 2 tablespoon  pumpkin seeds
• 1 tablespoon sweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter
• 1 banana
• 2 to 4 almonds and walnuts
• 400 ml toned milk (you can increase or decrease this quantity depending on the consistency of the shake you desire)

Preparation
1. Put all the solid ingredients in the mixer along with a little milk and create a paste.

2. Add milk at regular intervals and whisk the mixture three to four times or till you get a smooth consistency.
