NEW DELHI, July 20 (Reuters) – A New Delhi court docket on Thursday prolonged the bail granted to the chief of India’s wrestling federation who has been accused of sexually harassing feminine wrestlers, Reuters’ TV companion ANI reported.

Brij Bhushan Singh, chief of Wrestling Federation of India, who can be a federal lawmaker from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party, was granted interim bail for 2 days on Tuesday, which has now been transformed to common bail.

“The court imposed several conditions while granting bail,” ANI reported, together with that the accused won’t “directly or indirectly” induce complainants or witnesses, and won’t depart the nation with out the court docket’s permission.
