Five employees have been killed in a blast that rocked an explosives manufacturing facility within the Turkish capital of Ankara on Saturday, Turkey’s defence ministry stated in a press release.

The blast occurred on the MKE Rocket and Explosives Factory some 40 km (25 miles) exterior Ankara. Ankara governor Vasip Sahin advised reporters there have been no extra employees trapped, ready to be rescued, or hospitalized.
