MUMBAI: The Board of Appeal (BOA) of the Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC) has despatched the case of champion jockey A Sandesh again to the stewards’ physique for additional inquiry after he produced contemporary proof and witnesses through the listening to of his enchantment in opposition to the ban on Thursday.

“He had brought three new witnesses today and also wanted us to go through two previous races of Dream Alliance and another 26 races to assess his riding style,” knowledgeable Daga, who had headed each the RWITC managing committee and stewards’ physique prior to now.
“We are just appeal board therefore we can’t examine such voluminous fresh evidence, so we sent the case back to the stewards for de novo inquiry,” added Daga.
