BOSTON – Boston’s City Hall Plaza will as soon as once more be crammed with the sights, sounds and smells of Portuguese tradition when the Boston Portuguese Festival (BPF) returns on Sunday, June 18 after a three-year hiatus.

“We are excited to return to the Boston City Hall Plaza and continue with our mission to provide awareness of the Portuguese community, its culture, ancestry in the greater Boston area while promoting Portugal,” stated Rui Domingos, chairman of the Boston Portuguese Festival.

Presented by the Saab Family Foundation, the pageant will happen from 12 p.m. and eight p.m.

Conceived to commemorate the Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, the occasion goals to convey collectively native Portuguese-American companies and organizations, cultural associations, leisure teams, faculties and group members to honor the contributions of Portuguese-Americans to the City of Boston and throughout the Commonwealth.
