Derek Haas is leaving Wolf Entertainment. The author and producer, who co-created “Chicago Fire” and serves because the co-showrunner on each the NBC present and CBS’ “FBI: International” will exit Dick Wolf’s firm after ending out the present TV season, Variety can solely announce.

Haas first met with Wolf Entertainment in 2011, launching “Chicago Fire” (and the One Chicago franchise) alongside co-creator Michael Brandt in 2012. He serves as government producer and co-showrunner on the procedural, at present in its eleventh season, with Andrea Newman. He is an government producer on each spinoffs “Chicago P.D.” and “Chicago Med,” that are airing their tenth and eighth seasons, respectively.
