China skipped a confidential G20 assembly held in India on Sunday, sources mentioned. The assembly was held in Itanagar, the capital metropolis of Arunachal Pradesh, a northeastern state that China claims is part of Tibet. India has rejected such claims up to now and maintains Arunachal is its integral half.
