Could a ship off Yemen’s coast worsen global supply issues?

Recent shortages have caused havoc but there are fears a decaying oil tanker moored in the Red Sea could spell disaster for the people of Yemen, the environment and commercial shipping as the Bab-el-Mandeb strait is a strategic route for the industry.
