AIIMS, in its report, stated that the lady was provisionally recognized with despair with issues associated to the loss of life of a partner and a differential analysis of adjustment dysfunction and added that presently, it can’t be speculated definitively whether or not the continuation of being pregnant might be detrimental to the petitioner’s well being from a psychiatric viewpoint.
