Panaji: The excessive courtroom of Bombay at Goa on Monday directed govt to eliminate grievances raised relating to water sports activities violations at Baina seaside.

The Baina Water Sports Association working complained to the courtroom that the queue system for water sports activities was not being applied on the Baina seaside.

The director had additionally issued notices on Feb 2 to 3 violators and 17 notices are proposed to be issued within the subsequent two days to alleged violators, he informed the HC.

“Again, we direct that the tourism director must dispose of these 20 show cause notices as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 15 days from today by complying with principles of natural justice and fair play,” the HC mentioned.
