Five Gippsland medical doctors have been celebrated for his or her dedication to rural follow with a 2023 Rural Talent Award.

Dr Carine McMahon was offered with an Intern of the Year Rural Talent Award by Deputy Director of the Gippsland Regional Training Hub, Associate Professor Gary Campain throughout the mixed Bairnsdale Regional Health Service and Victorian Rural Generalist Program intern orientation in Bairnsdale.
