Orlando Bloom is mourning his beloved dog Mighty after sharing he believes the pup has died after going missing a week ago.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star and his pregnant fiancee Katy Perry have been putting up posters and knocking on doors all week in a desperate attempt to locate the pet.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, Bloom told fans he’s accepted Mighty has died after he found his dog’s collar.

“Mighty’s on the other side now. After 7 days of searching from sunrise to sunset and into the wee hours, today, the 7th day ~the number of completion~ we found his collar,” Bloom wrote.

“I have wept more this week than I thought possible, which has been very cathartic and healing. I left no stone unturned, crawled thru all the man holes, under the roads, searched every back yard and creek bed. Had two separate sniffer dogs do their best as well.”

The actor, who is due to welcome his second child—and first daughter—with Perry any time, admitted he feels “so grateful to have learned from my little Mighty man that love is eternal and the true meaning of devotion.”

“I feel sure he was looking down on me whistling in every back yard and knowing that I was doing all I possibly could to respect our bond. He was more than a companion. It was a soul connection for sure. I’m sorry. I love you. Thank you.”

Bloom finished by thanking the local community for “allowing me to search through their yards for him and supporting my midnight walks” and also showed off a tattoo he got in honour of the pup over his heart.

Kim Kardashian has broken her silence on her husband Kanye West’s latest antics after the rapper took aim at her and her mother, Kris Jenner, in a bizarre Twitter attack.

Amid reports suggesting Kardashian is seeking divorce advice after West revealed the couple had considered aborting their first child, North, during an emotional political rally on Sunday, the reality star is now speaking out about what appears to many to be the latest episode in West’s ongoing bipolar battle.

In a statement released to media outlets, she writes: “As many of you know, Kanye has bi-polar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand.

“I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health. But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconceptions about mental health.”

She adds: “People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgmental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try (sic).”

Kim went on to call her husband “brilliant but complicated,” adding: “Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words do not align with his intentions.”

She ended her note by asking fans for compassion and empathy, and thanked everyone who has expressed concern for the rap star’s well-being.

Meanwhile, sources close to Kardashian insist stories of a marriage split are false, with one insider telling Page Six, “She is staying focused on helping him and his health right now. There’s no conversation about divorce.”

Overnight, West claimed he has been “trying to divorce” his wife since 2018 in his latest bizarre Twitter rant.

“They tried to fly in with 2 doctors to 51/50 me I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek (Mill) at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform’ (sic),” he wrote.

5150 refers to the California law code for the temporary, involuntary psychiatric commitment of individuals who present a danger to themselves and/or others due to signs of mental illness.

West also compared Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, to North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, and alleged: “Kriss (sic) and Kim put out a statement without my approval … that’s not what a wife should do White supremacy.”

On day three of the actress’s testimony in Depp’s ongoing libel battle with the publishers of British tabloid The Sun at the High Court in London on Wednesday, the Aquaman star gave her version of an alleged violent row that took place in March 2015.

The actor is suing The Sun, its publisher News Group Newspapers (NGN) and its executive editor Dan Wootton over a 2018 story that branded him a “wife beater” in relation to allegations she made, which he denies, after they split in May 2016.

According to Sky News, in the witness box, Heard told the court the room was left covered with broken glass after Depp, 57, repeatedly hurled bottles at her during a row she has compared to a “three-day hostage situation.”

Cross-examining, the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s lawyer, Eleanor Laws, put it to the 34-year-old that it was she who threw a bottle at Depp—as he claims.

“You worked yourself into a rage, screaming at him and threw a glass bottle. Because you would get yourself into rages on occasions,” she said to Heard, who replied: “No, I got angry at times but not into a rage that would cause me to throw anything at him.”

The actress went on to admit throwing things at her ex, but claimed it was only to “escape Johnny when he was beating me up.”

She admitted smashing one bottle, which she claims was in response to the star drinking when they had already argued over whether he was going to no longer drink any more alcohol.

Heard claimed it was then that Depp started to throw bottles at her, adding: “He started picking them up one by one and throwing them like grenades. One after the other after the other, in my direction, and I felt glass breaking behind me, I retreated more into the bar and he didn’t stop.

“I was too scared to look behind me. He threw all the bottles that were in reach, all except for one which was a celebratory magnum-sized bottle of wine.”

The actress alleges he threw “30 or so bottles” at her during the alleged bust-up and also spoke about a severed fingertip Depp claims to have suffered when she threw a bottle at him. She insists he “smashed a phone against a wall” denying it was caused by her throwing a bottle. Heard also denied burning Depp’s cheek with a lit cigarette, claiming the injury was self-inflicted.

The London Fields star, who alleges Depp was violent towards her on 14 occasions, is expected to continue giving evidence until Thursday.

Priscilla Presley has broken her silence 10 days after the death of her grandson, Benjamin Keough, who committed suicide at age 27.

The actress admits she’s still trying to make sense of the tragedy.

Keough died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Calabasas, Calif., on July 12.

“These are some of the darkest days of my family’s life,” Presley says in a statement. “The shock of losing Ben has been devastating.

“Trying to put all the pieces together of all the possible whys has penetrated my soul. Each day I wake up I pray it will get better. Then, I think of my daughter (Lisa Marie Presley) and the pain she is going through as she was a doting mother. Ben’s father, Danny, who is completely lost, as Ben was his only son. (Granddaughter) Riley, so loving and so close to him; (grandchildren) Harper and Finley, who absolutely adored Ben.”

Presley also revealed Lisa Marie’s brother, Navarone, is also struggling with the death of his nephew.

“Rest In Peace Ben, you were loved,” Presley wrote on her Facebook page.

Her note comes days after Keough’s actress sister Riley shared a touching tribute to her late brother, stating: “There are no words for you. Angel is the closest I could think of. Pure light. Baby brother. Best friend. Wild man. Intellectual. Witness to my life. Twin soul. Protector. Too sensitive for this harsh world. I hope you give me strength to endure the giant hole you’ve left in my heart …

“I can’t believe you’ve left me. I guess this is true heartbreak. I hope we meet again.”

Amber Heard alleged in a British court on Wednesday that ex-husband Johnny Depp threw “30 or so bottles” at her as if they were “grenades or bombs” during a drunken and frenzied assault in Australia in March 2015 that also saw him accidentally sever part of his finger.

Taking the witness box for a third day at the High Court in London during Depp’s libel case against a British tabloid, the actress refuted his allegation that it was she who lost her temper and that she had injured him.

Heard has described her stay in Australia with Depp as akin to a “three-day hostage situation,” during which Depp was “completely out of his mind and out of control” following a binge on drugs and alcohol. Heard has said that she feared for her life while at the rented property on Australia’s Gold Coast during a visit while Depp was filming the latest “Pirates of the Caribbean” film.

The incident is central to The Sun’s labeling of Depp in an April 2018 article as a “wife-beater.” The Sun’s defence relies on 14 allegations made by Heard of violence by Depp between 2013 and 2016, in settings as varied as the rented house in Australia, his private island in the Bahamas and a private jet.

Depp, 57, denies abusing Heard and claims she was the aggressor during their tempestuous relationship. He was present once again to hear Heard’s testimony. He is suing The Sun’s publisher, News Group Newspapers, and its executive editor, Dan Wootton, over the article.

Depp’s lawyer, Eleanor Laws, said Heard had worked herself “into a rage” during her stay in Australia and that she had a habit of just “losing it.”

Heard, 34, said she got “angry at times but not into a rage that would cause me to throw anything at him.”

She acknowledged that she broke one bottle during their second evening together in Australia, testifying that it happened as they argued about the scale of Depp’s drinking.

“I regret I did that,” said Heard, who also claimed that Depp often credited her for saving him by trying to get him clean and sober.

After she smashed the bottle, Heard alleges that Depp, fueled by alcohol and drugs, started throwing bottles, full enough that they broke a window behind her.

“He started picking them up one by one and throwing them like grenades or bombs,” she said. “One after the other after the other, in my direction, and I felt glass breaking behind me.”

She said he threw all the bottles that were within reach, bar one “celebratory magnum-sized bottle of wine.”

“I would be shocked if Johnny remembers any of this himself, but I was there,” Heard said.

Heard also denied severing the tip of Depp’s finger during the alleged bottle-throwing or putting out a cigarette on his cheek during the incident. She said it was something that Depp used to do to himself.

“I was standing right in front of him,” Heard said. “It was deliberate.”

Heard said Depp “screamed” at her while stubbing the cigarette on his cheek that he couldn’t feel the pain. She testified that Depp was high on cocaine and MDMA at the time, as well as drunk.

Depp’s lawyer, Laws, also accused Heard of lying about an alleged incident of domestic violence in Los Angeles in December 2015, which Heard has described in written testimony as “one of the worst and most violent nights” of the couple’s relationship.

In her testimony, Heard alleged that Depp slapped her and pulled out clumps of her hair while dragging her through their apartment, then repeatedly punched her in the head.

Laws said medical notes made by a nurse, Erin Boerum, who saw Heard shortly after the alleged incident, didn’t note any bruises, just bleeding on her lip. The lawyer suggested the bleeding resulted from Heard biting her lip.

“Of course not,” Heard responded. “I had two black eyes, a broken nose, a broken rib …. I had bruises all over my body.”

Depp’s lawyer also played a short clip of Heard’s appearance on James Corden’s “The Late Late Show” the day after the alleged 2015 incident. Laws said the footage showed no injuries on Heard.

“I had tons of injuries,” Heard said, adding that makeup had covered them up.

Melanie Inglessis, Heard’s makeup artist, told the court that she camouflaged the injuries with concealer ahead of the model-actor’s appearance on the show. Inglessis said the concealer was “very effective” at covering up the bruises “because, to my recollection, they were not that dark or that inflamed. … I don’t remember having trouble covering them”.

The makeup artist confirmed that she attended the London court hearing involuntarily via video link from Los Angeles.

During the first nine days of case testimony at the High Court, judge Andrew Nicol heard from Depp and from several current or former employees who backed his version of events. In his testimony, Depp said he was the one being abused by Heard and that she had a history of being violent against him.

In written testimony released to the court, Heard said that at various times during her and Depp’s relationship she endured “punching, slapping, kicking, head-butting and choking.” She said some incidents were “so severe” she was “afraid he was going to kill me, either intentionally or just by losing control and going too far.” She said he blamed his actions on “a self-created third party” that he referred to as “the monster.”

Depp and Heard met on the set of the film “The Rum Diary,” released in 2011. They married in Los Angeles in February 2015. Heard filed for divorce the following year, and it was finalized in 2017.

Thursday is expected to be Heard’s final day of testimony.

Jeopardy host Alex Trebek won’t “go to any extraordinary measures to ensure my survival” if his current cancer treatment fails.

The star, 79, is currently undergoing an experimental immunotherapy regimen for stage four pancreatic cancer, with doctors apparently considering him “a bit of an anomaly” based on how well the treatment is going.

Speaking to Good Morning America, however, the TV personality revealed he has decided to plan for a worst case scenario now to give his wife Jean and their two children, Matthew, 30, and Emily, 27, time to accept it.

“They handled it beautifully,” he said. “They understand that there is a certain element regarding quality of life. And if the quality of life is not there, it’s hard sometimes to push and just say, Well, I’m gonna keep going even though I’m miserable.”

Trebek also worries about being “a terrible burden” to his wife, whom he’s been married to for 30 years.

“There was one day a few weeks ago when Jeanie asked me in the morning, ‘How do you feel?’ And I said, I feel like I wanna die. It was that bad,” he said. “I apologize to her and explain that it has nothing to do with my love for her or my feelings for her. It just has to do with the fact that I feel like I’m a terrible burden to her. And that bothers me tremendously.”

“She’s a saint,” Trebek, who releases his memoir, The Answer Is … Reflections on My Life on Tuesday, said. “She has so much goodness in her that she is always giving out, always putting out to help me get over difficult moments. And there have been some difficult moments. I’m just in awe of the way she handles it.”

The presenter added he plans to continue hosting his hit game show for as long as possible, despite his condition.

Kanye West took to Twitter on Monday night to make a series of bizarre claims, including accusing wife Kim Kardashian of trying to “lock him up” and comparing his life to the movie Get Out.

The rapper, who recently announced he’s going to run for the position of U.S. president, hit headlines over the weekend when he held his first campaign rally and tearfully admitted that he and Kim almost had their daughter, North, aborted.

It was claimed that Kardashian was “furious” for what West said during the rally and is worried about him amid concerns he’s having another bipolar episode, and the Yeezy star told fans she’d later attempted to have him “locked up.”

“Kim tried to bring a doctor to lock me up with a doctor,” he wrote. Kanye later tweeted: “Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday.”

He then added, “Everybody knows the movie get out is about me” and “If I get locked up like Mandela Ya’ll will know why.”

Get Out is Jordan Peele’s movie about a young black man who goes to visit his white girlfriend’s family but isn’t prepared for the horrors in store for him. While it’s a horror film on the surface, it’s also Peele’s take on the issue of systemic racism around the world.

West also addressed Kardashian’s former sex tape as he wrote: “I put my life on the line for my children that North’s mother would never sell her sex rape (sic).

“I put my life on my God that Norths mom would never photograph her doing playboy and that’s on God I’m at the ranch … come and get me.”

Continuing his rant, West then turned his attention to mother-in-law Kris Jenner, tweeting: “Kriss (sic) don’t play with me you and that calmye are not allowed around my children Ya’ll tried to lock me up.

“I love my wife My family must live next to me It’s not up to E or NBC anymore.”

Elsewhere in his tweets, Kanye revealed that Shia LaBeouf had been meant to star in his first Yeezy collaboration with Gap but didn’t show up, and claimed that Vogue boss Anna Wintour hadn’t approved of his deal with Gap.

Later, West insisted he was going to “focus on the music now,” and plugged his new album Donda—named after his late mother—which is due for release on Friday.

Kardashian and Jenner have yet to respond to West’s claims on their social media pages.

Drake has set Twitter alight after name-checking British rapper Stormzy’s ex-love Maya Jama in his latest track.

The One Dance hitmaker gave a shout-out to TV and radio presenter Maya in the opening few bars of his new song with British rapper Headie One, Only You Freestyle, which was released on Monday.

In the opening lines of the track, Drake raps: “Chubbs might jam this yute (youth) for a chain, and gave ‘it’ to a sweet one, called that Maya Jama.”

The reference to the former BBC Radio 1 DJ saw fans flock to social media to speculate on the Shut Up rapper’s reaction.

“Drake dropping maya jama name stormzy u have 24 hours to respond,” wrote one Twitter user.

A second fan wrote: “Drake calling Maya Jama a sweet one on the opening verse Stormzy is somewhere SCREAMING.”

“I know stormzy was punching the air when he heard drake drop that maya jama bar,” added another.

The Vossi Bop star, whose real name is Michael Ebenazer Kwadjo Omari Owuo, Jr., split with Maya last August after four years of dating amid mounting rumours he’d had an affair with singer Jorja Smith, with many speculating the tune Lessons on his album Heavy Is the Head is a confession of his alleged wrongdoing.

In Lessons, the 26-year-old referenced “doing the dirt” and making “coward moves.” He also rapped: “I can’t even look you in the eye, that’s ’cause of shame.”

In an interview with the BBC Radio 1Xtra Breakfast Show last December, Stormzy denied he had cheated, explaining: “It was a hot topic, and I’m going on record now, and I’m apologizing. I’m trying to lay it all bare and be very truthful and be very clear in my truth. I’m not trying to shy away from it.

“It was a public disrespect. It was a public disrespect that needed a public apology.”

David and Victoria Beckham’s plans to build a lake at their estate in the Cotswolds, England, have been blocked amid concerns over protected wildlife.

The couple had put plans to West Oxfordshire District Council to create a stretch of water spanning 3,000 square metres on their sprawling land, but the proposals have been blocked due to the potential impact on species in the area.

According to a report, obtained by Britain’s The Sun newspaper, “The loss of the grassland will potentially impact on protected and priority species including amphibians (including great crested newts), reptiles, mammals and ground nesting birds …

“The grassland may also show botanical interest,” it added of the body of water, which was to be four metres deep and surrounded by an array of wildflowers and trees.

The attempted addition was to be the latest in a long list of alterations to the property, after the former soccer star and fashion mogul were previously awarded permission to install a secret underground tunnel, wine cellar and “super garage.”

The family has been isolating at the property amid the COVID-19 pandemic, with eldest son Brooklyn recently returning from New York with Nicola Peltz, to whom he is now engaged.
