Digital Goa, Mar 11- High Court has requested the state tourism dept and the Captain of Ports to eliminate present trigger notices issued to Water Sports operators at Baina Beach for not following the queue system, ‘as expeditiously as possible’ and in any case inside 15 days from at this time. Tourism Dept knowledgeable the Court that they’d issued 3 notices to violators and have been about to problem notices to 17 extra operators whereas Captain of Ports had issued notices to 7 violators.
