To begin with the recipe, you first need to marinate the chicken pieces. Take a bowl, add chicken, curd, pickle paste, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasoori methi, garam masala, red chilli powder, oil and salt. Combine well and let it marinate for around 2 hours. Now, heat some oil in a pan. Cook the marinated chicken pieces on medium flame until golden brown. Achaari chicken tikka is ready!
