Sanju Samson has been dominated out of the rest of the 3-match T20I collection towards Sri Lanka after hurting his left knee whereas making an attempt to discipline a ball close to the boundary ropes in the course of the 1st T20I on the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Samson was taken for scans on Wednesday afternoon and based mostly on a specialist’ opinion he has been suggested relaxation and rehabilitation.

Vidarbha wicketkeeper-batter Jitesh Sharma has been added to India’s squad as Samson’s alternative.

He might be a canopy for Ishan Kishan for the following two video games.
