The multi-sectoral settlement was signed within the presence of Union Minister for Science & Technology, Dr Jitendra Singh and Foreign Minister of Mexico Marcelo Ebrard on the India Science Centre, New Delhi in presence of high-level delegations from each the perimeters.

Dr Jitendra Singh identified that Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) and Mexican Agencies by way of this MoU may contribute successfully to the worldwide society by way of analysis and innovation partnerships for know-how growth, upscaling of one another’s Intellectual Property for commercialisation and analysis infrastructure growth & sharing.
